訓練模式Training Methodology:

• 透過各種現代少年所能接受方式帶領他們認識基督 , 並引領他們來敬拜。

• 以真理原則教導建立正確的人生目標和有價值的生命。

• 藉留宿過團體的生活及建設性的活動帶來積極的影響及自我肯定。

• 接受教育﹑及技術訓練加強學員的自生能力。

• 透過紀律團體去訓練有定向有意志力的生活態度。

Lead the youth to Christ through various means that are acceptable to them and lead them to worship.

Help the youth to develop a positive purpose of life and meaningful life through the Christian Bible.

Give the youth positive influence and self-confidence through boarding together as well as participating in constructive activities.

Provide the youth with education and technical training to strengthen their ability to be independent.

Train the youth to have direction and perseverance in life through a disciplined society.
